How to order a floating pontoon? Five easy steps from idea to ready-made pontoon

Ordering a floating pontoon is easy. First of all, tell your specialist about your wishes and needs, and we will take care of the rest.

The buying process consists of five easy steps. Let’s see what they are.

Step 1: Let us know what you want

Whether you have decided to buy a new floating pontoon, replace the old one, or are still only planning to install a floating pontoon, feel free to contact us.

Our specialist will help you choose the design that exactly suits your needs and environmental conditions and will introduce accessories that make using the pontoon more convenient or safer. You will end up with a nice and durable set that will serve you well for many years to come.

What is especially good is that you don’t have to deal with multiple people. The sales representative you contact will remain your point of contact throughout the purchase process.

Contact Lauri and we’ll get started!

Step 2: design

We’ll send you a drawing and an initial offer within about a week of contacting us. Now you can discuss the design, accessories, delivery time, etc., with the sales representative again.

If anything needs to be changed, we will make a new drawing and offer. The goal is that you are completely satisfied with the floating pontoon. If nothing needs to be changed, we will place an order.

We only make promises that we can deliver on. That’s why we check the delivery time with the factory again and send you the final order confirmation.

Step 3: Making a floating pontoon

We will build the timber pontoon with concrete floats in our factory from start to finish and are 100% responsible for its quality. If you wish, you can visit us at the factory and take a look at the process of making the pontoon.

Depending on the season, the pontoon on timber structure will be completed in 4 weeks and the heavy-duty pontoon in 6 weeks.

Step 4: Transport

Once the floating pontoon is about to get ready, our sales representative will contact you and agree on the details of ordering the crane and the location of loading.

Over the years, we have transported floating pontoons in all sorts of conditions and to very different locations. We feel good about solving complex logistical tasks, and you can be sure of us!

Step 5: Installation

The last important step is installation.

In order for the work on the ground to go smoothly, we have thought through and prepared everything carefully beforehand. There will be no delays because we don’t have to order anything or drive to the factory to fetch anything when installing the pontoon.

The installation of a floating pontoon takes one to ten days, depending on the type of the pontoon and the size of the project.

The last step: maintenance

We got the pontoon installed in five steps, but if you want it to last for a long time, it also needs regular maintenance.

You can definitely handle simple maintenance yourself. You can read how to do it here. We will be happy to help you with more complex work.

As you can see, ordering a floating pontoon is easy.

Now just take the first step and contact a sales representative!
