Production

We specialise in producing floating solutions and turnkey solutions for marina products that are located towards the sea from the stationary pontoon and towards the land from the jetty.

Simply put, we have the competence and ability to float anything you choose – a sauna, house, gangway, boat shed, parking lot, small garden, and even an entire district.

Top Marine’s background

The company was founded in 2004, but we have experience in producing floating solutions since 1996. The sales office is located near Tallinn in Saue and the factory in Näpi, in Lääne-Viru County.

In 2014, we were awarded the “Enterprise of the Year” and “Exporter of the Year” titles in the Estonian Enterprise Awards competition.

Our floating pontoons have been used to build marinas all over Estonia, for example:

In addition, we also export pontoons to other countries: The Baltic Sea countries, Russia, Belarus and Japan. One of the most important works in the recent years has been the Riga City Marina’s Yacht Harbour, built on the island of Kipsala.

Top Marine’s main business is divided into two:

1. Designing ports

Firstly, we design port layouts, division of spaces for boats, anchoring, and make the necessary calculations. If necessary, we also carry out stability calculations.

The team includes three engineers with experience in the maritime field since 1996.

The 6-step process of helping you

Step 1We think along and advise

We believe that open exchange of thoughts and bilateral cooperation are key to success. By combining your desire and vision with our experience, we can achieve a great result.

Step 2We design

The prerequisite for an ideal solution are well thought out details. Our designers are careful, with practical experience and know their field in depth.

Step 3We produce

We do all the work stages ourselves, so we have a good overview of every step of the process and we take 100% of responsibility for the quality of production.

Step 4We transport

Over the years, we have solved very complicated logistical tasks and, as a result, we feel confident in our field. All situations will reach the best possible result. Guaranteed!

Step 5We install

The final important step before the complete solution is installation. And not just the installation, but also the exact fitting.
We have already thought out everything in production and transport phases for the work to go smoothly at the location, and that nothing extra has to be ordered or picked up.

Step 6We carry out maintenance
